Hand picked from our single vineyard on Banks peninsula, French farm, in April 2019. Skin maceration for 24 hours in the vineyard to catch as much wild yeast and aromas as possible.
Fermentation and aging in 8 years old french oak barrel for 20 month.
an explosion of tropical fruits with a hint of green apple and a subtle underlying oak.
